Well I am now in the half way mark of my goal to drop 45 pounds in 30 days. I stepped on my scale this morning and I found out I have currently lost 25 of those 45 pounds. I am upping my morning cardio by another five minutes this morning and then hitting my legs hard tonight and hope to shred off a few more pounds today. By this weekend I want to be down another five pounds. Then I will have my last free meal.
