Meal 1 - Protein Pudding
Meal 2- 2 Whole Eggs and 1 Cup of Egg Whites
Meal 3- 4 ounces of Lean Ground Turkey and some stalks of asparagus.
Meal 4- A few slices of monetary jack cheese.
No training today. I meant to train my shoulders but when I got home I ended up falling asleep and not waking up until morning.
