4 - 6 - 13 Diet and (Lack of) Training

Meal 1 - Protein Pudding

Meal 2 - Protein Pudding

Meal 3- Grilled Steak with Cucumber and Bell Pepper

No training today. I was feeling beat up from last week and just wanted to take it easy and recover. We were supposed to train our backs but I will just throw in a couple back lifts with chest training tomorrow.
