4-4-13 Diet and Training and Training

Today has been a really rough day. Physically I am just really fatigued but perhaps even worse is the mental aspect. Rather than allowing myself to be overwhelmed I trained even harder today.

5:00 AM- 45 minutes on stationary bike

6:00 AM- Homemade Protein Pudding

11:30 AM- Two Whole Eggs and One Cup of Egg Whites

6:00 PM- Trained Arms

Biceps Giant Set x 3 rotations

Dumbbell Preacher Curls x 10
Barbell Curls x 10
Lying Cable Curls to Forehead x 12
Hammer Curls x 8

Triceps Giant Set x 3 rotations

Rope Pressdowns x 12
Two Hand Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extensions x 8
Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions x 10
Triceps Pressdowns with Straight Bar x 12

8:00 PM- 10 ounces of tilapia with Broccoli and Spinach

11:00 PM - 5 x 4 minute rounds of heavy bag work.

Weekly Weigh In is Tomorrow Morning at 9 AM.
