Meal 1- Protein Shake with 1 cup of Egg Whites. (~250 calories, 50 grams of protein).
AM Cardio- 30 minutes on the stationary bike.*
Meal 2- 1 Cup of Egg Whites with 2 Whole Eggs (265 calories, 39 grams of protein).
Meal 3- 8 ounces of lean ground turkey with romaine lettuce and a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese. (~300 calories, 55 grams of Protein).
Total For Today = ~ 815 Calories (144 grams of protein)
*This was a dumb part on my choice. I should of done the morning cardio before having the protein shake. Not because of any "fasted cardio" theories but because I nearly threw up my protein shake about ten minutes into the cardio session. It left a nasty burning sensation in my throat.
Adding a tiny bit of fat to my diet to help support the increased training frequency but I am still trying to keep it to the bare minimum. I am suffering from horrible fatigue and all sorts of issues that go with extremely low caloric intake combined with training hard but it is nothing that is unbearable.
We were going to train legs in the evening but both of us ended up passing out on the sofa. Honestly it is tough just making it through my work day right now. If I had to do things over again I might attack this with a different approach but the results are speaking for themselves so far.
