4 - 9 - 13

I took the day off of training today to give my body a chance to recover. Diet was exactly the same as yesterday. Training my shoulders on Wednesday and then my arms on Thursday. After that I am done training until my weigh in. Starting on Friday I will be scaling back my calories and eliminating the fats I added in to try and give me one last whoosh to get as close to possible as my target weight so I won't have to cut much water weight.
