4 - 5 - 13 Diet and Training

Today is the last day I have for a free meal so I am actually breaking it up it two meals rather than gorge myself in one huge meal.

9:00 AM - Protein Pudding Recipe

10:00 AM- Hour of Cardio on Stationary Bike. First 40 minutes steady state cardio and the last 20 minutes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a ratio of 30 seconds high intensity and 2 minutes and 30 seconds low intensity.

1:00 PM- 2 Whole Eggs and 1 Cup of Egg Whites.


4:30 PM- Free Meal 1- A small bowl of hot and sour soup with fried wonton pieces in it. A dish from a thai resturant consisting of shrimp, scallops, mussels, calamari, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, amd asparagus with a spicy garlic basil sauce. Along with this I had one cup of steamed rice.

9:30 PM- Free Meal 2- A chipotle burrito with white rice, steak, tomatoes, hot sauce, corn, sour cream, lettuce and cheese.

This is likely to my last free meal although that depends on how the rest of the week goes. I might have another one on Thursday depending on how my weight responds.
