4 - 7 - 13

Sunday-

5:00 AM- Protein Pudding

11:30 AM- 2 Whole Eggs and 1 Cup of Egg Whites

Trained -  Chest and Back

8:00 PM- 8 ounces of lean ground turkey with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and lettuce. There is some diced peppers cooked into the ground turkey.

Chest and Back Training

Chest
Bench Press - Worked up to a heavy set of 12
Incline Dumbbell Presses-  3 x 12 reps
Flat Dumbbell Flys- 3 x 12 reps
Gall Presses- 3 x 10 reps
Decline Dumbbell Presses- 3 x 12 reps

Lats
Straight Arm Pulldowns - 3 x 15 reps
Wide Grip Pulldowns- 3 x 15 reps
Meadow Rows- 3 x 10 reps
One Arm Pulldowns- 3 x 10 reps

Training was great. I was able to train much harder than I have been able to for the past 2 weeks. I am not sure if that was due to my free meal on Friday or adding some more fats to my diet for energy. For some reason I lost my appetite by time I ate dinner. I could barely finish my food. I was drinking a lot of water today but I doubt that caused it. I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and had trained my ass off I should of worfed down my food but I was full after a couple bites. Who knows.

Didn't do any morning cardio today. I had a stomach ache this morning and barely was able to eat my breakfast. Maybe that is why I had the weird issue at dinner? Not sure. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.
